1The license

Each license is issued for one Discord server, by Server ID, and works only there. A license may not be shared, sold or rented.

The term is set in the order. Reminders are sent before it ends, and after it ends the bot stops in the server until renewal.

2Payment and the trial

The prices on the site are the prices of the order. You can request a 14-day free trial with no commitment. After the trial you continue with payment or stop. Selected communities may receive the bot free of charge, at our discretion.

3Add-ons and concierge setup

Add-ons (custom identity, AI assistant, concierge setup) are billed per the price list on the site and are activated by us for your server. The concierge setup includes delivery within 48 hours and two fixes; additional fixes are paid.

4Intellectual property and design

The design and texts of the concierge setup are the intellectual property of AriBOT, protected by copyright and licensed for use while the service is active. Seven days after the service ends the design is suspended automatically, and returns as it was if you renew.

5License transfer policy

One license, one server. There is no ordinary reason to move a license, so a transfer is not a standard part of the service.

• A transfer is a discretionary exception. There is no right to one, and management may approve or decline without giving reasons. Requests are made only in the official support room.
• What moves: the license only, with the same remaining term and add-ons. The old license is revoked immediately and a new key is issued.
• What does not move: the settings, systems, texts, rooms, roles and data of the old server. Setting up the new server is the customer's responsibility.
• No liability: AriBOT Inc is not liable for loss of settings, data or activity, service interruption, or any damage resulting from a server move or license transfer.
• No refund or credit: a transfer does not extend the term and creates no refund or credit.
• Abuse: repeated or suspicious transfers, resale, or sharing a license between servers may result in revocation without refund.

6Data and privacy

The bot keeps only what it needs to run: your server settings, items you defined, moderation cases and activity (such as levels). We do not sell data. When the service ends the settings are kept for renewal, and a deletion request is handled through a ticket in the support room.

7Availability and limits

We aim for a stable, available bot, but the service is provided as is, and we are not responsible for outages that originate in Discord, the hosting or force majeure. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the current term.

8Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. A material update is announced on the site and in the orders server, and continued use of the service is acceptance.
